Heartpine Hollow Guest Policies:
- Each cabin has its own maximum number of people that it can sleep
- No Smoking and No Pets!!! No Exceptions. Failure to comply will result in a $100 charge to your account.
- 10 Day notice of cancellation required for full refund.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival date will be charged one night’s rental.
- Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be charged for full amount.
- Answering machines, voicemails, and emails are not reliable forms of cancellations; cancellations must be confirmed with management.
- Valid credit card needed to hold reservations. Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express Accepted.
